Touring the Tempisque River on a boat at 7:30 in the morning is the most convenient way to avoid the large tour groups and to synchronize with the early activity of the birds, mammals and reptiles. (We know that most groups take the 9:30 am boat tour)

Pick up time: Usually around 5:30 am depending of hotel´s location

7:30 am – 9:00 am Tour on the boat
Birding stops on the way
Early lunch: 10:30 am - 11:15 am
After early lunch, there is still time to make stops on the way
